Requirements
- Provide solutions to meet operational needs to drive down manufacturing cost and cycle time while improving product yield and quality
- Explore opportunities to introduce new systems, including AI-powered analytics and automation tools, to improve organizational efficiency through system solutions
- Conceptualize, plan, and improve user interaction and engagement by conducting detailed analysis and understanding of application performance and user experience
- Develop and maintain software applications using Micron-approved software languages, databases, standard tools, and solutions
- Analyze gaps and proactively introduce measures to improve the efficiency of existing systems by keeping abreast of the latest AI technologies
- Apply project management to lead projects and collaborate with business users and IT to define requirements, resolve issues, and carry out improvement and development efforts
- Coordinate, build, and manage the health of databases
- Own and govern assigned enterprise applications as system lead, accountable for ensuring availability and performance
- Provide active leadership to drive the group to higher levels of proficiency. Mentor peers or less experienced team members. Develop training materials and provide training and mentorship
