Requirements
- Lead and manage projects related to production operation and photo process optimization.
- Develop and refine PH tool scanner/track systems to ensure flawless operation and high efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new processes and technologies.
- Analyze production data to determine areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to team members.
