Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant semiconductor engineering roles
• Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm fully-automated semiconductor manufacturing process preferred
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, Fab Capacity Management, Equipment Utilization, and Line Management
• In-depth knowledge of MES, Scheduling Systems, Line Management systems, and related production/planning reporting tools
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau) to enable automation and data-driven decision making
