Staff Electrical Engineer – Facilities Construction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience with facilities or industrial construction, with ownership of electrical systems at the large-scale or campus level
• Semiconductor fabs, data centres, or other mission-critical facilities are strongly preferred
• Deep expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical distribution, emergency power, and protection systems
• Strong understanding of construction execution, commissioning, and startup in complex environments
• Proven ability to make high-impact technical decisions, influence stakeholders, and resolve multi-disciplinary issues
• Clear, structured communication with both engineering teams and senior leadership
• Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP), strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, excellent problem-solving and communication skills
