Principal Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Principal Software Engineer Manager to lead the change and deliver high-quality results with full ownership, aligning with the product vision by collaborating with customers, partners, product management and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• 10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 4+ years leading teams delivering complex cross functional features with high business impact
• Working in agile teams with strong customer focus
• Good communication and cross group collaboration skills
• Experience in Azure, Exchange, or other cloud and distributed systems is a big plus
