Job Description
Join microtech as a Delphi Software Developer and become part of a specialized developer team focused on ERP, accounting, payroll, or production. You'll work with experienced colleagues on established software solutions, developing with Delphi 12 within a large codebase. The role involves implementing user stories, error analysis, maintenance, and contributing to further development using agile methods like SCRUM and OKR. Microtech offers opportunities for continuous learning and development through pair programming and code reviews.
Requirements
- Professional experience in development with Embarcadero Delphi (RAD Studio 10 “Seattle” or higher)
- Interest and perseverance to familiarize yourself with a large and grown code base
- Joy in dealing with complex issues
- Independent and structured working as well as high quality requirements for your code
- Team ability, communication skills and desire for exchange
- Very good German skills (min. C1)
