Technician I, Manufacturing Process

Role Overview

Support manufacturing processes, including assembly, chemistry, injection molding, and equipment design. Ensure compliance with company practices and procedures. Aid in researching innovative ideas and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

What You Will Do

Work with process and manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, provide operator training, and identify and correct process or manufacturing issues.

Requirements

• Work with a variety of process and manufacturing equipment
• Identify, troubleshoot, and repair common equipment failures
• Provide operator training and monitor document conformance
• Identify and correct common process or manufacturing issues
• Support production or process development as required
• Perform in-process/release/validation testing and reports results
• Responsible for instrumentation maintenance and upkeep
• Draft controlled documentation
• Maintain laboratory raw material and supplies
• Perform day-to-day tasks under supervision
• Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization
