We are looking for Consultants Lean who have Green Belt training and experience to help our clients transform to Agile and Lean work.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO education
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in consultancy or team coaching in Lean or Agile projects
- Enthusiastic when standing for the group to give a training or workshop
- Sensitive to what the organization needs and know how to act accordingly
- Experience in the Energy sector, Healthcare, Service, and specifically administrative organizations, is a real PLUS
- Completed a Lean Green Belt training or Agile certification
