We are seeking a driven Purchasing Officer who will be the essential link between our engineering, purchasing, and production departments.

Requirements

• controlling technical drawings from the engineering department and inputting them into our ERP system
• making the production planning for various projects and the corresponding capacity planning
• providing a provisional delivery date for quotes and order confirmations
• performing a quality control of incoming goods and components
• ensuring that all components are delivered on time and ready for machine assembly
• checking and/or making workshop drawings and instructions
• monitoring project progress, planning, and costs
• managing the warehouse and inventory
• procurement of raw materials, components, and services
• maintaining relationships with suppliers
