
Job description
Performs a wide variety of tasks involving the coordination of customer service inquiries and problems. May provide research and responses to customer inquiries.
Analyzes individual accounts, assists in solving customer problems, and initiates action for repair, replacement, return, or field service. Receives and processes sales orders, reviews orders for correct price and quantity, and prepares entries to associated records.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and basic reading, writing, and math skills. 0-2 years of experience.
