Lead Engineer - Sales

Lead Engineer - Sales will work as part of a broader team of Sales Engineers supporting the growth in assigned territory and providing an overlay of support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Create and deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations and network designs and support
• Participate in consultations and/or product capability assessments with prospects
• Create formal relationships with key decision makers and serve as the external spokesperson for the company
• Work on issues that impact design/selling success or address proof of concepts, products or technologies
• Provide a role within the sales teams in assessing potential application of the company products to meet customer’s business needs
• Drive the sales process in partnership with the Sales Team
• Gather technical requirements from customers, align to internal solutions and manage both technical and competitive objections
• Influence and contribute to sales opportunities beyond own territory assignment
• Work collaboratively with internal technical and sales resources, share best practices, updates, offer and seek expertise
