Job Description
Midmark Corporation is seeking a Factory Production employee for their 3rd shift. The role involves assembly, painting, part delivery, and machine operation. New hires will receive comprehensive training and evaluation, transitioning to general labor upon skill development. This position requires adherence to standardized work instructions and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Teammate is expected to report to work on time for all scheduled workdays
- Pick parts based on part number and kitting standards
- Bolt, clip, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together
- Clean, prepare, hang, and remove parts from a paint line
- Work at different workstations as production needs require
- Operate an industrial truck or electric/air hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products
- Follow specific standardized work instructions, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
