Requirements

• Leading a multi-functional or matrix organization
• Building, scaling, or stabilizing an operational hub or office environment
• Strong operational judgment and ability to identify and prioritize high-impact problems
• Effective stakeholder management and alignment across teams with different ways of working
• Experience with workforce management, training, and QA support for scalable operations
