
Job description
We are looking for a Partner Engagement Manager to own the success and outcomes of Midstream’s health system customers. This role is responsible for ensuring customers realize value quickly and consistently.
Own customer outcomes, drive adoption and engagement, proactively manage account health, build deep, trusted relationships, turn customers into advocates, and support expansion through value.
Experienced in customer success or customer-facing roles, outcome-oriented, strong relationship builder, proactive and solution-oriented, commercially aware, and a high-ownership operator.
