Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Massage Therapist certification in good standing is required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing massage therapist
- Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably in a massage therapy or allied health education setting, is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of massage therapy principles, practices, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for educating and mentoring aspiring massage therapists
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in instructional technology
