Job Description
MileHigh Adjusters Houston is hiring an experienced instructor to teach Xactimate and Adjuster Boot Camp courses, including 10-Day and 14-Day Adjuster Boot Camp and Xactimate X1 Training. The instructor will train new adjusters on real-world property claims handling and industry-standard estimating software.
Requirements
- 5+ years of property claims adjusting experience
- Xactimate Level 2 certification, or willingness to obtain before starting
- Great with people — must enjoy teaching, mentoring, and connecting with new adjusters
- Comfortable leading a classroom and motivating others
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Preferably based in Houston, or willing to travel
