
Job description
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team. This individual is responsible for providing and overseeing maintenance functions for the facility, including building utility systems, equipment maintenance, and building maintenance.
Reviews/updates maintenance workload and priorities with Planners, works on long-term maintenance/engineering solutions, projects, etc.
The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily operations are running effectively and efficiently.
