We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced quality, restaurant or Hotel.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Food & Hygiene
- A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail
- Passion for food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn
- The ability to work well within a team
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
