Food & Beverage Team Leader

We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at the Copthorne Hotel Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or team leader position and be able to provide excellent customer service. The role involves managing day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work, and ensuring the team delivers on quality and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food and beverage supervisory/team leader position
• Attentive, professional customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
• Experience of processing payments (ideally on Micros) would be advantageous
