We are looking for a Data and Customer Journey Analyst to shape the development of mobile and online banking, helping us understand and optimize our customers' experiences.
Analyzing customer behavior data, creating reports and analyses, and designing key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital processes.
Collaboration with owners of areas and processes, participation in building business cases, and generating ideas to improve conversion and optimize digital processes.
