Job description
The Business Operations Project Manager will lead a transformation initiative across Pyxis, Alaris, and Integrated Solutions to elevate the associate and customer experience through process improvements and simplification. The role requires a strong background in process management, knowledge management, and strategic planning. The team is a remote group of self-starting, go-getting individuals who seek to continuously improve and learn.
The Business Operations Project Manager will complete an assessment of the current state Content Management for Global Customer Services and provide recommendations for transformation. The role involves process mapping, gap analysis, and strategic planning to drive organizational performance and exceed industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy process simplification, and have strong skills in facilitation, analysis, and change adoption. You should also be able to develop strong recommendations, manage leadership audiences, and think big picture.
