Job description
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our global HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, retaining, and developing world-class talent across MillerKnoll's IBU teams. The role will involve partnering with business units, leaders, and HR operations to support talent retention, attraction, and development strategies, as well as managing employee grievances and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in business partnering, preferably with multinational corporations. The candidate will also have strong analytical skills, knowledge of Indian labor laws and global HR practices, and experience with HRIS.
