Customer Service Coordinator m/f/d

As a customer service coordinator, you will be responsible for the order processing of a specific product group, building strong long-term relationships with customers, and ensuring excellent complaint handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in administration, commercial, or business with a focus on languages
• First experience in customer service or sales support
• Fluent communication in German and English, additional language knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with working with an ERP system, SAP experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office
