Milliman is seeking an IT System Support Administrator to facilitate timely and clear communications regarding system issues, enhancements, maintenance, and assist in the implementation and management of server infrastructure and related software and services.
Requirements
- Facilitating timely, open and clear communications regarding system issues, enhancements, maintenance, etc.
- Assist in the implementation and management of server infrastructure and related software and services
- Tier 1 Alert Triage and Remediation
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Support compliance with the annual SOC II and partner audits
- Assist in documentation of assets, processes, procedures, and solutions
- Identify redundant support processes and help develop tools for automation
- Assist in the management and implementation of the vulnerability and risk management program
- Help to maintain and test the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan
- Ensure EBAC Technology adherence to Milliman’s Information Security Policy
