Senior Product Manager, Data Platform - IntelliScript (Remote)

Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Data team and help launch the Data Curation Pipeline team. The ideal candidate will have deep healthcare data experience and a strong track record of working across engineering, data, operations, and business stakeholders. The role will involve defining the vision, roadmap, and priorities for a foundational data product capability that supports scalable product development across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience
• Deep experience working with healthcare data, including claims, prescription data, and/or electronic health records
• Demonstrated success defining strategy and delivering products in complex, data-intensive environments
• Strong experience translating ambiguous business and technical needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Experience working closely with Agile software development and/or data engineering teams
• Proficiency with Jira or other product and Agile project management tools
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
