As a Staff Engineer/Technical Lead within Mindera you need to have an excellent understanding of how to lead a team into defining and delivering solutions iteratively and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of how to lead a team into defining and delivering solutions iteratively and collaboratively
• Excellent technical gravitas to mentor and inspire the development team
• Ability to diagnose issues in production and devise solutions for them
• Strong understanding of commercial awareness and ability to ensure a clear understanding of how technical decisions impact business outcomes
• Ability to foster innovation and drive adoption of new technologies to deliver business value
• Fluency in English
