Assembler III

Role Overview

As an Assembler III, you will be responsible for complex assembly of electronic and mechanical components, ensuring quality and efficiency in production processes. This role requires advanced technical skills and the ability to work independently to meet production targets.

What You Will Do

Perform complex mechanical and electrical assembly of products, conduct in-process quality checks, troubleshoot and diagnose assembly problems, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in electronic or mechanical assembly
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Advanced proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
