Job description
The Lead Assembler is responsible for guiding a team of assemblers in the efficient and accurate production of electronic components and systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
Perform complex assembly tasks, inspect finished products, troubleshoot assembly issues, maintain production records, and collaborate with supervisors and engineers.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
