Master Planner

Role Overview

The Master Planner is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align supply with demand in a high-growth environment.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, plan and release work orders, manage short-term production planning, and lead daily shipment and production meetings to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production planning, material flow, and scheduling processes
• Experience in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environments is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
