
Job description
The Master Planner is responsible for end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Program Management, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align supply with demand in a high-growth environment.
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, plan and release work orders, manage short-term production planning, and lead daily shipment and production meetings to ensure on-time delivery.
This role requires strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
