
Job description
An SMT Process Engineer provides technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to internal and external customers regarding Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Plated Through Hole (PTH) equipment, processes, and related issues, ensuring optimal machine performance and production quality.
Collaborate with engineering teams/Customer to optimize SMT processes, analyze production data, develop and implement process improvements, respond to technical inquiries, and provide remote troubleshooting support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics or manufacturing processes, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
