PMO Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Manager within the Hyve PMO, you will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning IT, manufacturing operations, and business systems. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery—from initiation through execution and close—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational and customer objectives.

Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones that clearly define deliverables and success criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects across IT, manufacturing, or business environments (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Advanced communication skills with experience interacting with customers, functional leaders, and executives
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Ability to travel as business needs require
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certification
• Experience in delivering IT initiatives aligned to SDLC
• Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (25–50%) to support project sites
