
Job description
The HR Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to plan, facilitate, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and staff to attract and retain top talent. Oversees the daily workflow of human resources departments. Collaborates with leaders across manufacturing sites to guide, and align with communications, culture, and workflows.
Leads the HR team in conducting research and analysis of organizational trends, guides and administers human resource programs, and helps plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys.
Requires a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years in Manufacturing preferred, and over 5+ years of experience in management and mentoring HR Department.
