Senior Director Human Resources

Role Overview

The HR Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to plan, facilitate, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate policies, activities, and staff to attract and retain top talent. Oversees the daily workflow of human resources departments. Collaborates with leaders across manufacturing sites to guide, and align with communications, culture, and workflows.

What You Will Do

Leads the HR team in conducting research and analysis of organizational trends, guides and administers human resource programs, and helps plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys.

Requires a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a minimum of 2 years in Manufacturing preferred, and over 5+ years of experience in management and mentoring HR Department.

Requirements

• BS in Human Resources or years of experience
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR management
• Over 5+ years of experience in management and mentoring HR Department
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and regulations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building effective work relationships
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale HR functions from the ground up
• Innovative and proactive approach to addressing HR challenges and opportunities
• Strong skills in analysis and problem-solving
