Mechanic

Role Overview

The incumbent will work independently to install, repair, and maintain electronic systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment. They will have basic knowledge of gas-driven and liquid-driven systems and be able to maintain these systems on schedule and as needed. The role requires proficiency in mechanical and electrical skills, as well as good interpersonal, organization, planning, and communication skills.

What You Will Do

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic systems and equipment. Maintain electronic systems and programmable logic controllers. Perform light fabrication work and welding. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years related industrial mechanical experience
• Proficient mechanical and electrical skills
• Good interpersonal, organization, planning, and communication skills
• Computer literate and able to read electrical schematics
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma or certificate in electronic or electrical repair (associate degree preferred)
