Executive Assistant to Deputy Chief Executive, People and Operations Group, providing executive level support to the Deputy Chief Executive by ensuring the smooth running of their schedule in a timely and confidential manner.

Requirements

• Exemplary time management and organisational skills
• Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task on a range of activities with impeccable attention to detail
• Proven experience of administrative processes, systems and technology
• Advanced level of technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
