Role Overview

The Senior Workforce Development Trainer supports employee growth by delivering training programs and workshops for both field and office staff. This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and subject matter expertise.

Deliver training programs and workshops for field and office staff, including supervisory skills, work readiness, team collaboration, and communication. Monitor training effectiveness and report to a manager.

Requirements

• Proven work experience in a training or similar role
• Understanding of electrical construction and contracting
• Ability to speak comfortably in front of a classroom audience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to analyze business and training needs for improvement
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
