Job description
As an Engineering Manager - Data Engineering, you will lead a team of data engineers responsible for designing, building, and scaling MiQ's data platform. You will enable analytics, AI, and product teams through reliable, governed, and performant data systems.
Manage multiple data engineering workstreams aligned with business priorities, establish SLAs, delivery processes, and DevOps best practices for data quality and reliability, and implement structured RCA, retrospectives, and continuous improvement processes.
You will elevate MiQ’s Data Maturity, empower data-driven decision making, strengthen technical excellence, drive organizational growth, and optimize for scale and efficiency.
