Job description
As the Principal Engineer for DevOps & Cloud, you will own the technical vision, architecture, and evolution of MiQ's cloud infrastructure, CI/CD delivery systems, observability stack, and DevSecOps practices. This role carries significant leadership expectations: setting technical direction across teams, driving platform-as-a-product thinking, mentoring engineers, and representing the platform perspective in architectural forums and leadership discussions.
You will be responsible for setting the technical direction for how MiQ builds, ships, secures, and operates its products, improving deployment velocity and safety for engineering teams across the organisation and reducing infrastructure costs through architectural optimisation and governance.
