We are seeking a detail-oriented customer-focused Client Services Coordinator & Office Assistant to provide exceptional client support while assisting with daily office operations.
Greet and assist clients, vendors, subcontractors and visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails, handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and packages, and maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment.
