Job description
The Project Estimator will work with various teams to provide accurate and thorough estimates for projects. They will be responsible for preparing development and construction capital cost estimates, assisting project managers, and providing high-level support to sales and installation teams.
The Project Estimator will conduct quantity takeoffs, review project plans, and monitor addendums and scope changes. They will also prepare production operating cost estimates, communicate with team members, and author complete and accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction estimation, familiarity with national cost databases, and excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work remotely and independently, and have a desire to continually learn and improve processes.
