Role Overview

Install and service physical security systems/platforms, including CCTV, access control systems, intrusion detection, communications, and low-voltage systems. Contribute to technical and project teams, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, and work with trades and subcontractors.

What You Will Do

Install and service physical security systems, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, work with trades and subcontractors, and execute assigned projects and duties in a timely manner.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Minimum 1+ years of experience with enterprise-level physical security systems and platforms, ability to troubleshoot basic issues, and basic comprehension of mechanical systems, digital circuits, and electrical systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience with the installation and service of enterprise-level physical security systems and platforms
• Ability to do device installation, headend equipment, cabling, and connect to the network
• Basic comprehension of mechanical systems, digital circuits, and electrical systems
• Basic understanding and ability to read and interpret building floor plans and diagrams
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools and learn and use test equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot basic issues across various enterprise-level systems
• Ability to obtain appropriate licensure
• A two-year degree in Electronics, IT, or applicable subject, desired
• Proficient with enterprise-level security systems – installation, programming, and troubleshooting, desired
• Training/certifications associated with manufacturer’s security systems and networks, desired
• OSHA 10/30 certification, desired
