Job Description
MCS is hiring for Low Voltage Cable Technicians at Panama City, FL. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. The Low Voltage Cable Technician must demonstrate their adaptability by being able to install multiple types of devices, reading prints and following directions, and working well in a team setting.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Florida State JLA (Jessica Lunsford Act) Badge
- 2+ years in a Tech Role
- 2+ years' experience in the commercial building construction industry related to: Structured Cabling, Security, Access Control, CCTV, A/V, Paging. Nurse Call, Sound Masking.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have own hand tools
- Must be willing to travel up to 50%
- Must be able to stand, kneel and crouch for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in high places and in confined places
