Primary Care Provider (On-Call, As Needed) - Bilingual

The Mission Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a part-time or full-time Primary Care Provider who is bilingual in Spanish. The candidate must be able to work Saturdays and have a passion for community health and serving diverse populations. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive primary care, conducting medical assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certified by Family, Adult/Geriatric Program
• Three years of experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Passion for community health and serving diverse populations
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Immunization standards, including Varicella, TDAP, COVID-19, MMR, and Hepatitis B, as well as TB test results valid within the last two years
