Job description
As M&A Tech Engineer, you will drive innovation and expansion through strategic acquisitions, combining technical background with strategic vision. You will support identification and evaluation of M&A opportunities, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams.
Identify and evaluate opportunities, conduct technical due diligence, collaborate with engineering, and provide technical insights to inform investment decisions and integration planning.
You will be instrumental in shaping the future of Mistral AI and driving our mission to democratize AI. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society.
