Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on sales commissions or incentive compensation
- Strong knowledge of commission structures, quota setting, and attainment metrics
- Hands-on experience with commission management tools
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau (or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Experience working with global sales teams and cross-functional groups in a technology organization
