Product Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, full-stack Product Manager to support the evolution of Mitratech’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) within our HR Solutions (HRS) division. This role requires a highly execution-oriented product manager who can operate across the full product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple Scrum teams, translate product strategy into detailed requirements, and act as the primary point of contact for two scrum teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a hybrid PM/PO role in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases or product initiatives
• Strong ability to write clear, detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with high delivery expectations
• Experience applying AI tools (e.g., LLMs, analytics, or automation tools) to generate customer insights, improve product decisions, or increase team productivity
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions with limited guidance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user-centric thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
