The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical installations and technical coordination, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge and experience in electrical and mechanical installations and technical coordination
- At least 4 years of experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical studies, systems, and construction methods
- Experience in conducting pre-estimations, writing technical specifications, and cost analysis
- Ability to read, understand, and coordinate multi-disciplinary studies
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office tools
- Understanding of project management and organizational procedures
- Good knowledge of English (oral and written)
