We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Saarbrücken. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, processing, and controlling projects primarily in the steel industry. The role requires several years of experience in project management, in-depth knowledge of automation systems, and familiarity with industrial plants and organizational structures.

Requirements

• Completed studies in automation technology, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the automation industry
• In-depth knowledge of automation systems (switchgear, drive technology, control and control systems)
• Experience in engineering processes as well as construction site coordination and commissioning
• Familiarity with industrial plants, organizational structures, and a practice- and solution-oriented working method - ideally in the steel industry
• Knowledge and certification in common project management methods
• Good German and English language skills
• Risk and responsibility awareness, self-initiative, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for construction site and commissioning assignments, driver's license class B
