Director of Engineering, Product

Mixpanel is seeking a Director of Engineering, Product to lead multiple engineering teams across different product areas. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years leading engineering teams of 50+, and a proven track record building and shipping customer-facing web applications at scale. The role is responsible for building AI-powered products, partnering with design and product teams, and driving technical strategy. Success is measured by revenue and retention.

• Experience building AI-powered products in production
• Strong collaboration with product managers and designers on meaningful user-facing work
• Strong judgment in technical tradeoffs
