Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for technical support, repairing and servicing Mizuho products in the field throughout the United States. They will provide customer support through onsite service and repair of complex equipment and systems, inspect and maintain the quality and safety of Mizuho products, and instruct customers on operation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair Mizuho products
• Conduct preventive maintenance
• Support and promote company programs, contract sales, and initiatives
• Create and deliver accurate quotes
• Maintain and update CRM system
• Interact with various teams and stakeholders
• Maintain inventory and control parts
• Train and instruct customers
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures
