Mizuho OSI is seeking a Business System Analyst to perform enterprise-wide research and analysis, resulting in written recommendations for various strategies and solutions based on business software applications. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of related experience with increasing level of responsibility and experience managing applications operations with at least 8 years in SAP.
Requirements
- Develop solution documents and approaches for challenging business problems
- Put User Experience first in all solution design
- Provide customer service support to all employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Identify areas of improvement for services provided both internally and outward-facing
- Partner with other departments to identify and analyze systems technical problems
- Work with different functional areas to identify, research, and resolve complex data issues
- Participate in project meetings and report on the status of analytical tasks
- Assist in the development, compliance and implementation of company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot issues with minimal guidance and provide scalable solutions
- Manage technical scope and provide hands-on expert level assistance
- Develop application documentation and performs maintenance and support
